Who may enter
The competition is open to anyone. Writers of all ages may enter.
Descripion
The contest is organised by Winning Writers.
You may submit stories and essays on any theme, up to 6,000 words each. For this contest, a story is any short work of fiction, and an essay is any short work of nonfiction.
The works should be in English. You may submit published or unpublished work.
Fiction and nonfiction (essays) are judged separately.

• Story: First Prize, $2,000
• Essay: First Prize, $2,000
• 10 Honorable Mentions will receive $100 each (any category)
